First encounter with an Integra

I'm on my way home tonight and sitting at a light on airport road. I look in my rearview mirror and see the headlights of an integra (one blue, one yellow...sigh) coming up fast in the other lane. As he is slowing to a stop at the line, I can hear a lot of bass and a little bit of 50cent. Once his car is at a complete stop, I glance over and see his teg is slammed, with stock LS hub-caps.

By this time, his bass is too much for me, so I roll up my window. He must have taken offense to that and decided to rev his motor. I hear his intake and think to myself, why not?

The light turns green and we're off, shitty start for me...yay! He takes about a half car lead. Once I recover and the turbo spools, I pull hard and gain half a car lead by the end of first gear. I kept pulling through 2nd and by the end of 3rd he was at least 4 1/2 cars back (hard to tell when looking through a side mirror).

The guy catches up and we hit another red light. As we're slowing down I roll down my window and ask if he's driving an LS, just to make sure. He said yeah and I gave him the thumbs up. The light turns green and he takes off pretty quick. I decided once is enough, so I just cruise off and continue on my way home. Good race...even better confidence booster!

You must have some sort of self-control by giving up another humiliation for the driver, I know Id run him again specially if he has one or more passngers

Re: First encounter with an Integra

no doubt he would have killed him if he went again. If it was me i agree with 209 neon keep the smile on your face. if he raced again who knows what could of happened. he could of got caught by the cops, shifted poorly and hurt his trany and maybe even lost to him due to that. Great KILL!

Ugh... not only was he slow, we was listening to 50 cent, probably the most overrated rapper of all time (I can go on for pages about him). Nice kill!

10psi

But when KrNxRaCeR00 is back in town(less than a week) and we head to the track I'll bump it up to about 13, maybe 14 psi.

Are you still up for going to the track youngvr4?

dang it i want to meet him. sooo cool with his type R and all.
i used to have a 2001 teg LS, and he told me that the difference in handling between his GSR and type R are like night and day.

good job killing the teg. i know that car is slow, and thats why i bought a diff car.

Re: First encounter with an Integra

Nice kill.

But I see something that would create a good debate. What's wrong with 50 cent? Don't like him just because he get's so much air time?
