Headrest won't budge!

I just bought a 97 cavalier and the headrests have that seatbelt holder on them. I want to get seatcovers, and can't seem to get the headrests to come off. Is there any way? I've already tried finding a supposed hole and pushing it with a paper clip, but no hole exists on mine*found that info, was for a 99*
