88 isuzu trooper

ok i have an 88 trooper and its like missing my dad said its running to rich, so i thought maybe the injectors were plugged so i got some fuel injecter cleaner and didn't work. but its weird if i give it full throttle it runs good but if i give it a little gas it feel like its missing, i dont know i think it has something to do with the fuel system, and ideas?

Re: 88 isuzu trooper

try cleaning your throttle body
the fuel injection cleaning dosen't clean the throttle body you might want to give that a try

Re: 88 isuzu trooper

i changed the distributor cap when mine did that. the cap was burnt on the inside and wasn't allowing enough juice to the plug wires.
