97 Cav - ETS Off, Chk Eng, Gear Jerking

I have a 97 Cavalier. I just took it in and had Fuel injector #4 replaced due to it leaking.

When I picked up the car, there are 3 things wrong:

1. ETS OFF light stays on.
2. CHECK ENGINE light stays on.
3. There is jerking when I place the car in drive and when the
automatic transmission shifts while driving.

I took it back to the shop and they said the tester showed a code of

113 - Air Intake

But, they couldn't find the problem. Any suggestions for my next step?

I have the same problem but the gear jerking has not occured yet. I was wondering if it is safe to drive?
