acheiva running hot

I have a 97 Olds Acheiva with a 3.1L that runs hot all the time. Not to the point that it will over heat but the temp gets up pretty high any ideas or solutions to this problem?

my 95 3.1 l runs cool allt the time i was in a 10 hour traffic jam evacuating a hurricane couple days a go and didn,t overheat. your car may need a new radiator. also flush the coolant. possilble thermostst sticking partailly closed.
