98' 200sx Stock CDplayer wont eject + someone plz tell me ho to remove the shift knob

it just wont come out unless i turn the car off
and the LED on the corner is off the whole time

and the shift knob, is it just i'm not strong enough or what????????

turn the knob counter clockwise its just threaded ...providing its stock

tried that, it's freaking physically impossible
should I try a rench on it?

I think they have soem sort ofglue on them too that is very strong. If you dotn want to ruin it, just put a sock over it kinda and use a wrench.
