rebuilt hard shift trans

just bought a 1994 JeepGC, Limited , knew the trans hard shifted in 1 st gear , but price was too good to pass up , when warmed up the trans would slip , then bump into 1 st , never did it when cold , had the trans rebuilt ,the shift is better , but still gets the slip bump when warmed up , and gas is normally applied , a slower take off reduces the hard shift , and a slightly increased idle speed helped as well, but the problem is still there , I am new to this jeep as my old one was a 1979, cherokee with 311,000 miles on it , second owner , so I have to relearn the machine , I am willing to change any suggested electronics , the problem is no longer mechanical, thanks T
