hey, i just bought a 96 rs, and I am looking to mod it. originally i wanted to turbo it, but after finding out it will cost me $2000 was discouraged. i am wondering whether i should go for an all new exhaust system: header, downpipe, high flow cat., and cat-back....or if i should do a new intake setup: cold air intake, 60mm throttle body, intake manifold, throttle body spacer. if anybody could voice their opinion, or tell me what would give me more horses and torque i would appreciate it greatly. also, does anybody know of a good chip for a 96 rs......any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

Re: intake manifold and t-body vs. exhaust system
There are no chips that will work for our cars. A TB spacer is useless.
First I would start out with an CAI and a exhaust. Then maybe a header. Then from there make a 60mm Jeep TB and port the intake manifold.

Re: intake manifold and t-body vs. exhaust system
If you are going that route.. dont get the whole catback. Just get the muffler section of the exhaust and bolt it on.
