Extra lamp socket on Aveo
Does anyone know what the extra lens in the headlight assembly on the new Chevy Aveo is for? The stupid dealer didn't have a clue. In this photo is the the lens on the left of the headlight assembly.

Does it have daytime running lights?

Yes it does but they are from the main headlight bulb. There isn't even a socket on the back of that extra lens.
I was told on another board that they are city lights only used in Canada and Europe.

No jdub96, I live in Canada and my Aveo has the two lenses, they are not put there just for us foreigners, also there is no known fittings for lights.
