replacement keys and remote
Anyone know where I can get replacement keys and remote for my 2000 Venture? I know I can get them from the dealership but I was just wondering if could get them elsewhere for less

yah, I got one on ebay for 14 bucks shipped (with the power slider button!). I also saw that Autozone can get replacement OEM units, but don't know what their price is. Ebay is cheapest, dealer is last place I would go for the replacment.

Check around to a locksmith for the keys. Most likely they will have the keys cheaper than the dealership. If you still have at least one key, you can get another and program it yourself. If you have lost all keys, you can run the VIN, get the key code and get a key cut. There is a 30 minute procedure to program the new key. btw, all of this changes if the vehicle is from Canada. As for the remote, try here, http://www.keylessride.com. It still may be cheaper to get it from ebay though.
