6.2 Diesel to 5.7 tbi swap

i'm doing a 6.2L to 5.7 tbi swap in a 1982 chevy K2500, and i was wondering if the Throttle Body unit itself contains the fuel pressure regulator or to i have to get a seperate one. also has anyone use "fake" O2 sensors thats just plug into the harness and give readings. And I'm thingking about just using plain rubber hose thats rated at tbi pressure for the fuel feed and return lines what are your thoughts on these items.
This truck is a beater and all i want to put $ in is the rollcage and slight body armor. I plan on driving the S**T out of it for cheap. ALL inputs help thanks for your opinions
Travis
