I hope I have the correct forum. Does anyone know the programming procedures for 1994 Chrysler New Yorker remote?

This is Chevy, What you're looking for is the Chrysler forum.

Regardless, If you call or visit your local Chrysler/Dodge Dealer they'll usually help you program it for free. It's just one of those nice little things a Dealer does in the hopes that when it's time for a new car you'll remember how helpfull and friendly they were and visit them again. (This is limited of course to factory or dealer installed units. If it's aftermarket you're kinda screwed unless you know the brand. )
