99 corolla - adding another cigarette lighter

I want to add another cigarette lighter adapter to my corolla and was wondering if anyone could help me find what wiring information I need in order to complete this.

I'm very familiar with electronics, but have limited knowledge in how it all works in a car.

I don't know where I would start the wiring in order to add a second cigarette lighter.
