Electrical Problems

I have 2 12 inch subs in the back of my car and a 760w Amp. One day I took the subs and amp out of my car for just 1 day. Today when I was putting the subs back in I had the radio on (but I had it muted so I fogot about it) and plugged in the subs to the amp then the amp to the power cord and a loud noise came out of my speakers and the radio turned off. And now even with the amp unplugged the rdio still won't come on. the only thing that works is the clock on it and the eject button. I checked all the fuses and they are all fine. Can yall help me before i spend 200$just for them to look at it.
