Need to change motor mount

I ride a 94 Accord, It has a vibration @ idle and worst when in drive- and on the brakes. There is also a very slight jerk when shifted to Drive. I really think its the rear mount, but I read another thread that dealt with this problem and they said its probably the left mount?? So, which one and how to replace it if anyone knows?? Thanks in advance for any/all replies to this Q!
