Exhaust and Pulleys and Chips

I went down to the exhaust shop today and ordered everything. I ordered 2.25" piping mandrel bent with flowmaster 40 series mufflers. And then i chose some chrome tips 18" long and 3" tips. I am getting it installed on Thursday and hopefully I can post a video or sound clip or some pics of it then. Thanks for all the help.
Next is going to be the pulleys. Whats the cheapest but best kind to get? Anyone notice a significant change in performance on their car?
After that Ill be putting on the gt fog lights. How much does Ford charge for that? I want to put on the hood scoop but I have stripes down the middle of the car and I cant find matching paint. Eventually I will also get a comp chip. Whats the best kind? How much horsepwer will it add? How much do they cost? Kill gas mileage? Im getting 25 mpg right now with a cai. The comp chips for $10 on ebay are a joke ive heard. Anyone know about those?
