Hawk brake pads

I had some Hawk street brake pads installed and now the rear pads make a "droan" type sound everytime i take off. i can tell it's the brakes and not anything else. I think the shop forgot to sandpaper the rotars or something? They turned them though. Any ideas?

If your rear brakes pads or shoes are metalic then you can expect some noise from them.
