Maybe so, but Hondas are not Chevys. Go ahead and do that though and tell us what happens...

i think the lag would be good. it would help it instead of doing a massive burnout... unless you know how to handle (drive) a fwd car with turbo and "NOS" then i would not do it...well why not ...lol.

i say boost 16psi and 150shot off the line...and see what happens....

Yes it will have turbo lag but its not that bad? The only ppl who needs nitrous really bad is the Supra owners. They're terrible off the line.

My vote goes for the Z6, but I think you'll find that with a turbo on one you'll not be wanting to spray in 1st gear, maybe not even 2nd becauase traction is going to be a major bitch.

OK bro forget about spraying in first gear. Its not worth it! If you want to spray then do it at 3rd or above. Like i mentioned before you're not gonna have much of a turbo lag. How big is the turbo anyways? If its small then you def. have nothing to worry about.

i like civic boys idea, 16psi with 150 shot in first...and i hear you get better traction if you put two spares up front! take a pico f the launch for us too!

Re: wich one of these motor is the best set up

I vote for the DOHC ZC it's a little more tunable than the SOHC. As for NOS, a honda launches at about 5000rpm so there is no or very little turbo lag.

Re: wich one of these motor is the best set up

go d16a6 with a z6 head and save the nitrous for 3rd or later, and if you are going to launch at 5k make sure you heat the tires up alot before u get on the line.

Well since he mentioned a complete z6 swap....theres reallly no need to do a head swap on an a6. Just get the complete swap.

ok the guy i got my turbo from said it was for a 2.4 ford and is a garret t4 or something like that. he said it was set up to be able to run 40 psi. on my chevy i have it running 26 pounds of boost. whats the bigest boost any one ever dun on a stock or build motor for a honda? and all just put a 50 shot for 5th gear since they always seem slow to mean in that gear.
