hey everyone i have a problem with my 82 jetta, i have the altenator battery and everything wired correctly to run my jetta at the right voltage. the problem is my car is still just using the battery and killing the car about every 2 weeks. if anyone has any suggestions please let me know thank you Charlie

The two large gauge wires to the alternator will go bad at the plug connector. Cut it off & wire each seperately using crimp on terminals.

Remember to disconnect the battery as those are 12V+ at all times.
