How Many Miles?????????
Ok Lads and Ladies, how many miles has your 3000gt,gto,stealth, done?
mine is a 93 1st gen with 66,000 miles on it. i bought it 2 years ago with 51,000 on her. curious to know the average milage our cars have on them without any serious engine trouble....

i got a 91 sl w/ 89k on it..bought it about 8 months ago w/ just under 80k on it. had to replace the clutch and i think the guy before me had just changed the brakes..no major mechanical problems

94 Base, bought it with 109,000 miles on it. now reads 127,000. had its clutch replaced, alternator failed at 110,000, Ac compressor failed at 120,000. and of course the blasted window motors! no other problems so far.

I jsut bought a 95 SL about a month ago, it had 98k and now has 99.6k on it. I think the guy I bought it from had a new clutch installed but thats it as far as internal stuff.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.

94 vr4, bought it with 19k 2 years ago, it has 42k on it now
not a single problem so far, and I just did the 60k service since i had everythign apart.

96 vr4 bought about 1 year and 3 montghs ago with 98,000 miles when i got it back home from North Carolina I live in Iowa had 100,980 and now i have 103,556. Bad Transmission had to replace the Burnt Clutch from starting in third Gear, 3 new forks 3 New Gears 4 syncro's lol now it's working like a bute, but can tell third gear is slowly deterating, gotta get it checked out soon before it it breaks.

miles
i got a 94 sl and when i got it it had 80,000 mi now it has 111,000 it's about ready for a new clutch the altenator was replaced and the radiator and thats it.............

bought it last week with replaced tranny, new clutch, and new oem turbos..for 5900

my year and mileage comparison is horrible mine is only a 96 and has already almost 111k sucks. I did alot of traveling with the car so that is why. I am buying a new one though sl model and really low miles hopefully soon.
