Billet Grill
What is the difference between bolt over and direct replacement, and what are the pro's and con's?
Thanks |

Re: Billet Grill
A bolt over over grille is just that... it is a very easy install. Simply place the new grille over the exixting one and tighten the bolts. PRO's- very easy fast install. CON's- you will see the factory grille behind the new grille. The replacement grille is just that as well.. you remove the factory grille, pop out the factory mesh insert, drill mounting holes and bolt the new grille in. PRO's- much more custom look. CON's- will take alittle more time and if you are not very mechanically inclined it may be difficult.

Re: Re: Billet Grill
Sounds good, thanks for the input.
I ordered a bolt on but switched to a replacement at the last minute. Hope that was a wise choice for $70 bucks |

Re: Billet Grill
I think you will be much happier with the replacement.
