91 cav. floorboard soaked...A/C just serviced...any connection ?

hi...i have recently bought a 91 cav...i've had to replace/fix many things in the month i've owned this thing (lots of money)...one thing is the A/C...i got it charged a couple weeks ago...works great now !...we use it often...but since then, i've noticed the floorboard is soaked throughout...front and back...both sides...at first i thought HEATER CORE...but i smell no antifreeze...it smells 'clean'...i was told to check the A/C drip line to see if it's clogged...i've located what i (ASSUME) is the A/C drip line...coming out of the firewall (toward) the bottom, a little right of center...i see water dripping out (a little)...does anyone know if this is the A/C line ???....i was told to stick a coat hanger up it...i dont think i can get up there to do that...i don't have the money to send it to a garage...HOW can i diagnose this problem to see if it is a heater core problem...could it be a line going TO the heater core ??...if so, i would hate to put the money into a heater core, when it is just a line...OR...are there any other problems this could be...would really appreciate any advice...oh, i did forget to mention...the coolant level does drop lately...but there could be a leak close to the radiator (i see some steam coming from the vicinity...)...i think i can fix that problem though

That little hole is for water that condenses on the evaporator coil to exit the car. When the ac is running you should see a steady drip coming out of it, if not, it is clogged or partially clogged and all the water is building up insidde and soaking the carpets for you.

um...ok...so, uh, you're saying that the a/c and the heater core are one and the same unit ??...that the a/c condenses water on the heater core ??...
