Would you buy this??
Just courious what some of you think. I have the opportunity to but a 95 civic coupe. It has been wrecked in the front end but it still runs. No idea what model(DX, EX, etc.) but it is already lowered and has some other stuff. The guy only wants $500 for it. I'm thinking spare parts car?

Yea i would buy it and either fix it up or use some of the parts off of it to put it on your car. Because you never know down the road if something goes wrong with your car, you can always take it off the wrecked one.

Well I went and looked the car tonight. Had a couple of pluses but a lot of downsides. It's the 1.5 so I wouldn't be able to use a lot of the parts. The hood, bumper, fenders, and right side of the car are pretty much shot. It did have a chrome polished valve cover, was lowered, and had aftermarket plug wires. Everything else appeared to be stock..(is was pretty dark out so I couldn't exactly tell) The headlights were still ok, that suprised me. So now what do you guys think...offer him $400 cash and see if he bites?? Take what parts I can and sell the rest? It did indeed run. He started it right up. The interior is kinda thrashed. I mean how much could I actually get for 1 of those engines? Or buy it for $400 (if he'll take that) dump about 2 grand into it and have a road worthy with a couple mods? I don't know what to do
