strange people, nice supras

I saw this one 97 supra on ebaymotors.com about one month ago and it had a custom wide body kit and everything cosmetic wise was done to the car. It looked so nice. It had freakin' 800 hp. It was the one of the coolest cars i have ever seen. Everything seemed to be working fine, the seller didn't mention any mechanical defects. The catch is, that it was selling for a whopping $3000!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My jaw dropped when i saw that.

Then on this other supra listed next to it, which the same year, had 950 hp and everything cosmetic wise was done to the car. It was selling for $100,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone else detect a scam or are these people just strange?

The $3000 was probably just a starting bid; I'm sure that if it has 800 hp, the reserve is at least 40K.

Hes starting @ 3k to pay a lower commission fee ebays gay with that shit.
They take 2% of what ever ur starting fee is so logically u want to start at a low fee and not 2% of 40k now do u?
