Shift boot/E-brake boot purchase...where to buy?

Hi everyone, again,
As you know i just bought a 1996 Maxima SE that had a few cosmetic imperfections, one of which is the worn/torn/whatever shift boot, knob, and e-brake boot. I can live with the knob, the only thing wrong with that is that the gear identification (lack of better word) is worn off. The shift knob only has a little peeling going on...nothing big. The e-brake on the other hand is the worst - ripped, worn, you name it. Both my shift knob and boot are black, and my e-brake boot is tan. Looking at custom maxima for this purchase, however, not only do they have a lot of complaints (customer service, timeliness), but also, their e-brake boot only comes in black. Where else can I get these things, hopefully for pretty cheap? Also, I'm planning on buying a short throw shifter, so would that be something to buy now and do all at once, or will the length of the shifter affect the material, I don't know...any help is appreciated. Thanks
Louis

your car sounds just like mine in every way. i plan to buy mine from www.redlinegoods.com. they seem to be pretty good. as far as having a short-throw shifter, i don't think the boot length really matters. the only part that matters is the shape of the base of the boot and that won't change.

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll probably end up checking out websites for my needs...I can't spend a lot of time searching. Again, thanks for the responses.

This will probably have to wait a little bit. I just found out that I need a totally new transmission (This began as a faulty axle seal, but you know how these things go...)

I had that problem with my 96. I have beige interior with brown boot and black dash. So I just took a black piece of vinyl and had my grandma make a wedge out of it on her sewing machine. Then I rigged it around the bracket from the old boot and ebrake. It looks nice, except it now matches the black dash instead of the brown armrest, which is fine by me. I guess if you want the stock one, I think it's something like 30 bucks.
