90 std hatch questions

i crashed my 88 four door dx so i got an 90 std hatch
will my 88 crx si gauges work in it ? i got them in and hooked up but when i turn the headlights on the cheak lights all come on. there was an extra blue plug for the 90 -91 gauges that doesnt go to the 88-89
is that my problem? can i wire it in some how or will thay just not work
everyone i see selling the gauge clusters say thay will fit any 88-91

also i cant find a site that says how much each car weighs does any one know the weight diff. between an 88 four door and a 90 std hatch?

the 88si seats just wont fit at all

Re: 90 std hatch questions

88/89 fits only on the 88/89. 90/91 clusters fit on 90/91. Weird but thats the way it is. You can also fit 90/91 clusters into 88/89 cars but it needs to be rewired.

From what i have always heard you can use the 88-89 gauges on your 90-91 model, but you have to do some wiring modifications
