The only cute kids are your own kids. Other peoples kids annoy the shit out of me.

Re: Kids These Days!!!!!!

I taught children's ski lessons for 6 years. Kids who piss their pants every two seconds, kids who bitch and whine and cry ALL day, kids who shit their pants and don't tell you until you smell it 3 hours later, kids who puke down the back of your jacket when you're buckling their boots, kids who ski into walls when you're hungover and not paying attention...
I hate kids.

I think it is more of a parental issue. Don't blame kids for having crappy parents because they don't bring them up right(no offense to anyone).

Re: Kids These Days!!!!!!

It can have alot to do with the parents, but it's not totally their fault. I know a few people who are great parents and their kids just have fucking issues. They can't get them under control, have tried counseling, juvy, among other things. Still no go.

Re: Kids These Days!!!!!!

Lack of attention. The children need attention. If one person could find that right outlet for that single problem child, then I think that child could vent in a positive manner.

Re: Kids These Days!!!!!!

Thanks Davo.

Just remember 99.2% of Wal-Mart associates are clinically insane. 25% of Wal-Mart associates own handguns. On an average day at a Wal-Mart Supercenter about 200 associates are present at once. This means when you fuck up the toy department you are surrounded by approximately 49.6 armed psychos, and they got each other's back!

Just a thought.

Re: Kids These Days!!!!!!

A thing that must be done when working with kids, is the working class hero speech.
I remember when I was a brat and we pissed of the teacher [former SAS] he sat us down and told us we all rich faeries who would die on the battlefield, etc. I think he was insane..

Re: Kids These Days!!!!!!

We don't have walmart here We got K-Mart, Big W, Coles (myer), Woolies (woolworths), Toys 'R Us, David Jones, Grace Bros., a few others too. These typically sell the toys. Or we just go to a smaller business, they normally have the cheaper big-named-brands. I remember when powerrangers came out, and the 'megazord' (was that the name?) toy came out, it was like 70 bucks, and when you're 8 years old, 70 bucks is like a million dollars, I got it for 55 (well, my mum, got it for 55)
I had to double check those prices too (just then). I thought it was 100 bucks, but acording to mum, it was 70, she got it for 55.
I also wanted the green rangers' sword (the one he plays the whistle on) but mum wouldn't get it for me

...I had a cool child hood I wish I were still a kid. Man, I was invinsible...
