96 t bird lx turn signals don't work

I've done the same as others but their locations appear to be different.
where is the flasher located is round like the old standard fords?

should be round & yellow or silver.

Did you look under the steering column?

The flasher should be around the inside Fuse Box. As mike said, round and Yellow or silver... Though I did see a black plastic one once...
