Question Spearkers cutting out

I: have just recently installed into my car infinity's 60.5 componet system, infinity's 692.5i 6x9, and a profile california 60x4 amp powering them. After installation everything sounded normal, except now i experience occasional cutting out of my speakers. It happens at low and high volumes, and tends to occur when i apply the brakes hard(not suggesting brakes have anything to do with it, but that it may be loose wiring??) it does also occur while just driving. If you have any information that could help please respond.

Re: Spearkers cutting out

When you made your connections, there may be bare wire showing somewhere which grounds out to your chassis when you brake. You gota check all your wire and wire runs to see where it is grounding out. That is usually the problem for what your suggesting is happening to you.
