Does anyone know how to take of the driver and passanger speaker pannels that are attatched to the door, Your help yould be greatly appreciated!

You have to take the entire door panel off to get to the door mounted speakers.

You have to take out the screws holding the door handle and in the plastic paneling then pull from the bottom until hte clips come out that hold the door on. after all the clips are out, lift upwards and the whole panel should come off. This is just a general method as I dont know you particular car. be carefull of hte doorlock cables and the power window cables they are easy to rip out and are nearly impossible to repair yourself.
