the accord is a 3.0 vtec and the gst is a i belive a 2.0 doch and there both stock. so the accord wont have a chance

Yeah, the 3.0 VTEC Accord runs a high 15 in the quarter mile, the GS-T 2.0 Turbo runs about 15 flat.
