Physical fitness is great, im 16 and i lift usually 4 days a week for about 2 hours a day or more, but the human body really wasnt meant to be pushed so far. It has limitations. man was given the ability to reason and think better than the animals so that we could survive over their brute strength and natural weapons, i.e. claws, venom and huge teeth..sorry, im drifting, but i heard about some power lifter who was squatting, and strained so much that his intestines came out his @$$. he had to stay in that position to avoid injury till he could be helped.in conclusion, strength and muscle training are great, making yourself a physique you can be proud of and strength you can be proud of are great, but to teeter on the edge of limitations is not.
