Locking center diff...RWD GSX

Sup folks

I saw an article in Sport Compact Car a few months back about a special locking center diff for WRXs that can change the car from RWD to AWD in a few mins. Anyone know if they make this diff for GSXs? I like the launch ability of AWDs, but I would prefer to not deal with the understeer under hard cornering.

They dont make them for our cars. But you can get switchable tranny and transfer case from some JDM applications. They are very rare, and quite expensive, so you eventually brake it, it hurts even more.

A more effective way to reduce understeer is proper suspension setup. With my relatively simple setup the car is very nuetral. Some RM swaybars would make it a little more oversteerish... Its all in the selsction and matching of suspension components and settigns.
