89 toyota 22re Mass air Flow??ECU??

I was trying out one of those "modules" sold on e-bay And i blewout something. either my Mass air flow sensor or the ECU.I am Getting Check engine Codes22,24,31,41,51. I did volt meter test to MAF Sensor ,and the only correct ohms is the tempreture. all others are infinate. 1 code is for TP sensor "#41" but that ohms out perfect. Any ideas on how to check the ECU if its blown out. Truck will not start , if it does it is Very rough and you cant touch the gas it stalls. PLEASE HELP any way you can . Thanks
