Right Tire Pressure
Help! My driver door panel only list car weight: Front around 2650 lbs/1200 kg, rear 2150 lbs/ 980 kg. And I checked all other doors, no more panels.
What tire pressure I should use? My front tire is max to 44 PSI, and rear max to 35 PSI. Thanks a lot! |

Re: Right Tire Pressure
The information you are looking for is on a sticker on the inside of your glove compartment. As you open it up this sticker is right there on the door. My 1997 states that Ford suggests 33lbs in all tires for the sedan and 31lbs for the wagon. Hope this helps, whatever you do, dont put in 44lbs (I cant believe someone even posted that information)

Re: Right Tire Pressure
One thing that I have noticed on my Taurus is that if you push it in the curves it becomes real loose (butt wants to swing around). I figured out that by running 38 pounds in the rear and 34 in the front, it really tightened up the car with no change in ride, but it sure helped it handling.
