1. It's IS 300.
2. Assuming both cars are manual tranny, I'd give a slight edge to the IS 300. I'm assuming you're talking quarter mile.

RWD vx FWD

I think this is going to be pretty tight. The driver will decide this one. If the drivers are equal (and they never are) the RWD of the IS300 might just be the difference maker.

Go to www.edmunds.com and check the stats. I believe the IS 300 is 3285 lbs., and the 3000GT SL is around 3300...
