dash clock and stero

Wired up stereo and all working fine, then put the wires and deck into dash.
Then after testing it once again found that my dash clock and the power to the stereo had gone. Thought must have blown fuse some how dont no how? so i checked the 10amp fuse next to the cigarete 10amp fuse and it was fine but still have no power to stereo or the dash clock. Also checked the 15amp fuse on back of JVC deck wich was also ok.
Any help appreciated
