wont start

i'm having trouble with my 96 jeep when i try to start it all it does it making a buzzing noise in the enginee compartment but i do have power to my radio and waht not anyone got any ideas

HI, TAKE THE BATTERY CABLES OFF, CLEAN TERMINALS ON BATTERY & CABLES REAL CLEAN. CHECK WHERE GROUND IS CONNECTED TO ENGINE,REMOVE AND CLEAN IT ALSO. IF NOT RESULTS REPLACE BOTH CABLES, CABLES MAY HAVE CORROSION INSIDE THEM CAUSE VOLTAGE LOSS. DALE [email protected]
