buff
A lot of you are talkin about buffing, when detailing exhaust systems. Since Iīm not a native english speaker I donīt really know what this means.
Has it something to do with the heat marks you see on exhaust pipes? If so how do make this? Please Help. |

Re: buff
it just means you rub the paint once it dry, to give it more of a realistic metal look,
you can also add highly thinned paint of whatever color on it and rub it so it blends in and looks like heat stains |

Re: buff
heat treated tips can be painted on using clear orange and clear blue acrylic paints over the finished aluminum or aluminum/steel paint.
