Question Rods Pistons or bolth??

Ok so i was going to get rods and pistons, for when i turbo my car cuz i heard on here that stock internals are only good to around 10 intercooled psi, But then i saw that rods and pistons are like $700. So i was wondering if any one knew witch one of the two goes, like could i just get the rods or just get the pistons. Or do i have to get bolth?

I think all i am even going to use is 16psi, So if i just got the rods or the pistons would that hold up to 16psi? and witch of the two would i need?
