Problem with sound quality

i just bought a pair of 350 watt THUMP! 15 inch subs and a 400 watt Linear 2-channel amp. i got them all hooked up and i cant get good sound at aaalll. u almost cant even see the subs move. could it be a wire-quality issue or something fixable? or does the equipment just plain suck?

i hope those are rms watts because 350 max watts on a 15.........yea ur shit sucks then. ur amp prabably is too small also. is it a sound issue like distortion, or do they just not hit hard......or both?

Re: Problem with sound quality

im new with these things. k this is what it says on the cardboard box the subs came in...
-2" voice coil
-4 ohm
-efficency 92dB
-24-4KHZ Frequency

and on the amp...
-Class A/B Circuitry
-2Ohm Stereo Stable
-Chrome plated terminals
-Low/High level inputs
-Frequency response 20-20KHz
-Built in LPF/HPF Crossovers
-THD Level > 0.5% at 4 OHM

help me haha is there something i can do to get better sound or do i have to buy somethin new, and if that then what?

Re: Problem with sound quality

Linear is good for amps according to sr20... I think your problem is the box, or wiring... You have 2 subs right? how are they wired?

if those subs have a 92DB efficiency, then i'd say that its not your amp, its probly an install issue, maybe wires are loose somwhere, check all of your connections....

Linear Power is good....Linear is a cheap knock off. Sucks how similar names can be sometimes....

Re: Problem with sound quality

you need to just wire each sub to each individual channel
