What's a good price for Prelude?

I need to know what's a good price to offer for a "96 Prelude high miles with alloys wheels and 15,000 on rebuild engine. This is not an ad I do see the section for classifieds, I just need some help with what I should expect to paid for this car.

thank you.

Re: What's a good price for Prelude?

you could go to kbb.com and check the price on a stock one and then add on 25-50 for each aftermarket part after that and another 100 for the rims

ok, i really don't like this advice. here's why. kelly's blue book first off is only used in one state, california. most states will go by www.nadaguide.com (blackbook value). second of all, MODIFICATIONS DO NOT ADD VALUE TO THE VEHICLE AT ALL. DO NOT... DO NOT pay extra for them. same goes for the rebuilt motor, sorry to say. b/c rebuilt, modded, repainted, whatever... the insurance companies don't give a shit, and nither should a buyer, b/c a car never gains value (in it's recent lifetime) period.
