synthetic motor oils For Turbo & SuperCharged maxima

I would like to know if it's ok to use the synthetic oil in a turbo or supercharged maxima with high miles?

I have a 98 MAxima SC'd and I am thinking of switching over to Synthethic Oil.

I know this is alot to read but I'd like some feedback from you guys who are using synthethic oil.

i'd go with mobil 1. it's what i use and if you look around at a lot of new performance based vehicles
(mercedes, ferrari's, porsche's, BMW), the oil filler cap says "mobil 1 only" right on it.
