Question 1999 Buick Regal LS

I just look at a 99' Regal LS today, and the interior & exterior l& everything seem great. I want to get some advice from you guys that is it a good car to buy?? I am a 21 years old female college student with 5ft tall. Do you think this mid-size family car is too big for me?
Thanks a lot.

Re: 1999 Buick Regal LS

I'm a 16 year old male, 6ft tall, with a full size Park Avenue, and it's not too big for me. If you travel home from college alot, you'll appreciate the large trunk on the car. The new regals are fairly reliable, and the LS has the tried and true 3.8 liter V6, a bulletproof engine. If you want more power, look for a regal GS, which has a supercharged version of that same 3.8L V6.

Re: 1999 Buick Regal LS

I love my Regal GS... enough room to accomodate 5 real people, safe enough that I can toss my kids in the back with peace of mind, smooth looking enough to get second looks, stealthy enough to avoid cop radar, and (with my blower) fast enough to smoke most normal cars

Agelder, you have just described my exact thinking towards the Regal GS!, although, a black one with chrome wheels will attract the cops...

It attracted my cousin into buying one, got his first ticket too. Had a champagne 91 PA Ultra before that, no tickets.

Re: 1999 Buick Regal LS

All of GM's 3800 powered vehicles seem to be very popular amoung their owners. If you like the regal you should also think about a grand prix, a monte carlo or an Impala. I drive a grand prix gtp and im very happy with it. Very quick and comfortable (i might only be 16, but im still 6'4, and i fit very well in it)
