Oh Sh*t!!!

Yesterday I was driving to work at about 5:45am. I was running a little late yo my foot was wearing a hole in my floorboard. The last stretch of my drive I was in the right lane doing about 60 in a 45 when about a '95 model Dodge Ram jumps tightly in front of me and comes to a complete fucking stop. There couldn't have been an inch between the front of my hood and his tow hitch. I managed to avoid a collision by slamming on my brakes, laying on the horn, sticking my middle finger out of the sunroof and briskly steering around, only to notice that his entire underbody was on fire. (Guess his engine blew!) This goes back to my previous thread (Turn Signals), because had he used his, he would have still gotten the horn, but could have easily avoided the finger.

I should have let him broadside me into the curb. That kind of accident is worth quite a fair sum. As in: Let me go buy a brand new Z06.

I'm not saying what he did was ok. But, his car was on fire (or at least something really werong happened and he kenw it) So he quickly pulls over without checking mirrors/blindspot and almost caused an accident
just be thankful no one was hurt...and your beautifyul car is still ok

I'm just trying to stay within reason. I can pull off whiplash, but it would be kinda hard to fake my own death in a car accident.

right thing to do would have been to pull over, render assistance or aid of needed, call 911 for the guy. I am sure your boss would have completely understodd.
