93 3.8L V6 noise when warm
hi there
my bird is sick. it starts fine, quiet, runs rough(random skip), relatively quiet through full range of acceleration,
when it warms up... it gets a ping/knock when under a light load, and when i take my foot off the gas (1200 rpm +) or thats what it was.
this was at 55k miles after a headgasket job, cam sensor, MAP, o2's, and standard rotor,wire,cap,plugs. check engine comes on when i accelerate heavy for a few seconds and goes out if i keep goin. also if i get on it and let off the gas quick it sounde like it cant keep up with itself (sounds like chain-lash). any advice would be a great help.
