Horn

It's been a while since I've worked on old cars. I bought this 88 for my son and we've been fixing the problems on it to get it ready for inspection.
The horn doesn't work from the buttons on the steering wheel. I hot-wired the horn to the battery terminal to check that it worked and it does. So I figure it's a solinoid or relay. IS there one for this vehicle and where is it?

Thanks
The Dad
