Electrical Probs With 94gtSL

I have a problem and am in dire need help. First being I am hereing a ticking noise under the drivers side steering wheel under the carpet kinda above the fuse box. Near the trim. When I unplug it, it stops ticking could this be a malfunction with the stock alarm? Another question does anyone know anything about electrical My praking/running lights are out as well as my spedometer lights and turn signals. I checked the relays and all fuses. I am clueless please help me!!!!!!!!!!!

You know, after my recent attempt at installing my alarm system, I've noticed a ticking noise too. Does anyone know what it is?!

It's weird because I think it's an electrical problem because when its plugged in i'm guessin its a short but it clicks continously even after car shuts off it will do it for hours so i unplug it and leave it out

Try nailing down the location using a automotive stethoscope, and be thankful you can still use one.
