Pics of short shifters?

I know this sounds stupid, but does anyone have pics of there short shifters? because my short shifter looks like its the same size as stock and thats wierd because i though its suppose to be at least 3 inches shorter then stock.

i have a B&M short shifter but i don't have a picture cause its in my car, anyways you can tell by looking at the bottom of the shifter its normaly longer

i forgot because its a long name company. but one more thing like my shifter is hitting my exhaust is that normal?

thats what i though, but all they said was just when you get a new exhaust move the piping away a little, cause it sounds like something is hitting my pipe when i hit the gas

Have you tried getting under there at all just to at least have a look. I mean yes it will be fixed once you get exhaust but you don't have it right now so you should prolly fix the problem at hand. I know how much it annoys me to have rattles and stuff when I'm driving

yeah its pissing me off and just my luck my jack is fucked up now, and now there is some squickingt noice when i move my shifter, does anyone know where that could be coming from? its not griding and its just a squicking sound.

the shifter probably isnt greased up properly and its almost most likely hitting the exhaust pipe or pipe cover

Actually it's supposed to be bigger than a stock shifter. It's wierd that to make the shifts shorter, the bar has to be longer. Mine hit the exhaust and i had to cut the exhaust hangers to get it out of the way. That's about all i know. I can take pics of the differences if you want.

hehe yeah thats what they said, but i dont wanna do it now ill wait for my full exhaust i guess, unless there is a way i can do it myself. Also how can i grease up my shifter, cause its wierd when the car is warm it dont do that anymore. but when its cold it squicks like a mofo.
