11 sec 93 z28

How much would it cost and whats the simplest way to get my z28 into the low 11s?

For about 500 bucks or so you can get a 200 shot of juice, that should help. That's about the easiest way. Or you can get a good cam/lifter and intake upgrade with higher flowing injectors, that might get you there too.

NOS has sooooo many draw backs. A stock lt-1 while no doubt a stout engine, however is not set up from the factory to take a 200 hit of nos. I should refrain from saying that it will adversely affect your engine immediately, but it will depend on your use, how often, conditions, etc. I would suggest looking into some n/a upgrades first, it will take more money, but at least you won't be spending $500 on blowing up your engine.

i think that was just an extreme low cost method. not necessarily the best way, but the cheapest...

on ls1 its perfect though, you can get this upgrade for the ls1 to be able to handle a 500 shot of nitrous without detonation easily...
